Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed after product inspection.
Custom-made, soldered, programmed, or modified products are non-refundable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from Buildhard's side.
Warranty Policy
Warranty varies product to product.
Warranty covers only manufacturing defects.
Physical damage, water damage, short circuits, improper voltage usage, reverse polarity, or misuse void warranty.
Motors, ESCs, batteries, and high-load electronics used in combat robotics may not carry warranty unless explicitly mentioned.
