Ourview

To promote and support robot builders commendable work, we want to propose an idea to organize shows dedicated to them. We can offer a platform to introduce their robots to the world, creating a series of episodes highlighting their work. This approach will not only attract sponsors for their projects but also inspire other inactive teams to devote themselves to their craft. Our aim is to ignite passion among other roboticenthusiasts through these videos. In the near future, we can collectivelypartake in a grand robotic event featuring numerous teams.

MAJOR ATTRACTIONS

Robot combat is a type of robot competition in which custom-builtmachines fight using various methods to incapacitate each other. The machines have generally been remote-controlled vehicles rather than autonomous robots.

Drone racing is a motorsport where participants operate radio- controlled aircraft (typically small quadcopter drones) equipped with onboard digital video cameras, with the operator looking at a compact flat panel display (typically mounted to the handheld controller) or, more often, wearing a head-mounted display (also called a “FPV goggle”) showing live-streamed image feed from the aircraft. Similar to full-size air racing, the goal of the sport is to complete a obstacle course as quickly as possible.

Nitro powered models use glow plug engines,
small internal combustion engines fuelled by a special mixture of nitromethane, methanol, and oil (in most cases a blend of castor oil and synthetic oil). These are referred to as “nitro” RC cars. Nitro fuel can be dangerous. It causes complications like cancer if ingested and blindness if in the eyes. Exceptionally large models, typically of scale 1:5, are powered by small gasoline engines, similar to string trimmer motors, which use a mix of oil and gasoline. Electric cars are generally considered easier to work with compared to fuel- driven models but can be equally complex at the higher budget and skill levels. Both electric and nitro models can be very fast, although electric is easier to upgrade and more versatile.
